Location just off the main piazza can't be beat. The common sitting area has a rustic charm that fits perfectly with its historical surroundings.
You have to keep pressing the button to make it work. Rooms are cramped with outdated facilities, and the heating isn't consistently available. WiFi on the second floor is painfully slow, forcing me to sit on a staircase to get any work done. I encountered an inoperative phone and safe in my room.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was IDEAL and clean, with excellent and fantastic location close to the main square. Location: the property was close enough to the center of siena and clean rooms, a club kicking out punters in the early hours and subsequent racket followed by rubbish collection of bottles, and the main attractions of the city.

Well furnished and well-appointed room in your grandma's bedroom, particularly good location outside of the city walls. Variety of facilities such as: central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. Location very close to the center of town and all the attractions of Siena.

The room was cozy but could have
Used a bit more charm, reflecting the character of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. The check-in process was a bit confusing due to staff shortage during the day. A solid choice for exploring Siena.

The reason why I chose this hotel was its location and I was not disapointed. You cannot get any better, unless you want to stay rigth at "il Campo". People are friendly. I've asked for a supplementary cover and I've got it directly. I could leave my luggage after check-out, before leaving Siena.
I did not try breakfast, which is not included in the price. The place is noisy, but it is the price to pay for the location. Bring ear plugs if you have problems sleeping with noise, that's what I did.

The staff were very friendly and we were shown to our room. The room was a perfect size for three people and very clean. The bathroom was a great size with soap and lots of different sized towels for all of us. The beds were confortable and we all slept very well as there was no noise. The location was perfect, right next to the Piazza and easy to reach from the train station by number 10 bus. Great value for money. The staff were very kind and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage and we had full use of another bathroom too. We didnt have breakfast so unfortunatly cannot comment on it. Remember there is a 1am curview, but to be honest, we were so tired by midnight that we were happy to retire early. We all highly recommed this hotel.

The culinary scene near Piccolo Hotel Etruria is good! With L'Osteria just a hop away, their sweet cakes are an absolute must-try. Plus, the hotel is perfectly positioned for a stroll to Il Campo, where the vibrant atmosphere is intoxicating. The receptionist's recommendations were golden-definitely check out Taverna di Cecco for a local vibe!
Still, it brought a chuckle and allowed for lovely moments .

If you want to be in the center of the city then this is perfect.
The rooms are one step up from a hostel, so nothing very nice.

The location is perfect, just off the central piazza, il Campo. The room was comfortable, and the optional breakfast convenient and a good-value. The staff were very helpful in suggesting restaurants, side trips, etc. We have stayed at this hotel before and look forward to being there next time we visit Sienna.
