The elevator's quirks are a hassle. you have to keep pressing the button to make it work. Rooms are cramped with outdated facilities, and the heating isn't consistently available. WiFi on the second floor is painfully slow, forcing me to sit on a staircase to get any work done. Additionally, I encountered an inoperative phone and safe in my room.

We loved being just steps away from Piazza del Campo. The kids enjoyed the nearby shops, and the lady at the front desk even recommended a great place for dinner called Taverna di Cecco, which was a hit with the whole family.
