Location just off the main piazza can't be beat. The common sitting area has a rustic charm that fits perfectly with its historical surroundings.
The elevator's quirks are a hassle. you have to keep pressing the button to make it work. Rooms are cramped with outdated facilities, and the heating isn't consistently available. WiFi on the second floor is painfully slow, forcing me to sit on a staircase to get any work done. Additionally, I encountered an inoperative phone and safe in my room.

The room was cozy but could have
used a bit more charm, reflecting the character of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing due to staff shortage during the day. Overall, a solid choice for exploring Siena.

The culinary scene near Piccolo Hotel Etruria is truly delightful! With L'Osteria just a hop away, their sweet cakes are an absolute must-try. Plus, the hotel is perfectly positioned for a stroll to Il Campo, where the vibrant atmosphere is intoxicating. The receptionist’s recommendations were golden—definitely check out Taverna di Cecco for a local vibe!
Despite the charming locale, the elevator was only part of the way up, and my bathroom door's struggle to open created quite the scene. Still, it brought a chuckle and allowed for unforgettable moments during our stay.

The Piccolo Hotel Etruria has a fantastic location. Just a few steps from the beautiful Piazza del Campo, you can easily explore nearby attractions. The receptionist was particularly helpful, providing great local dining suggestions. However, the hotel has some notable issues. The elevator requires constant button pressing to operate. My room felt cramped, and the air conditioning was excessively noisy, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options weren't impressive. While the common area carries a charming, rustic vibe, it's clear that the hotel would benefit from better upkeep and some modern updates.

Location is a major plus, just 20 meters from Piazza del Campo, making it super convenient for exploring the bustling heart of Siena. The location simply can't be beat, just steps from a vibrant piazza with excellent dining options nearby. However, the experience was marred by the outdated facilities, especially the elevator requiring constant button pressing and a cramped room making for a less comfortable stay. The breakfast variety left much to be desired, despite a delightful guava jam that added a touch of sweetness to the morning routine. While the staff were friendly and provided great local recommendations, significant improvements are necessary for a more enjoyable experience.

We loved being just steps away from Piazza del Campo. The kids enjoyed the nearby shops, and the lady at the front desk even recommended a great place for dinner called Taverna di Cecco, which was a hit with the whole family.
My wife says that the breakfast options were pretty limited.
